The Tutorial Map appears at the beginning of the game to teach players about the game and its mechanics.

Map Sequence

When the map first loads, the player (represented by Jade, who is the leader of the Green Team) is seen sleeping before being woken up by Coach spider.

Coach Spider will then tell the player to move using the arrow/WASD keys (joystick in mobile) to move around. Once the player does so, the spider will unlock a corridor which leads to a big empty circular room with 4 purple and 4 green ghoul lamps and tells the player to collect Spirits in the room.

After doing so, Plum, the leader of the Purple Team, will steal the player’s spirits and he will need to get them back by crossing Plum's spirit path. After doing so, Coach spider will allow the player to return to the Base, thus finishing the tutorial.

Features

The map is only featured with the Green Team’s base, which is located at the top left of the room.

Trivia

• The corridor in which you collect the spirits contains 6 portraits which all represent characters from previous Halloween Google Doodles.
• Plum will fade out and disappear when all 10 spirits are stolen by the player.
