Spirit-Crossing is a strategy in The Great Ghoul Duel where 2 or more players in the same team cross their spirit paths for a certain period of time to get Buddy Bonuses constantly.
This mechanic is mostly used by more advanced players to quickly gain Spirits efficiently. It can easily be seen during the start of the game, where all the teammates are in the same area and when collecting spirits is less efficient, or the end where there is little time to collect spirits. This strategy is tricky to pull off (because there is a risk of you're enemies stealing all of your spirit flames) but it is very effective seeing as how it gives both players (who are spirit crossing) lots of Spirits to score, not only helping you and the other member(who are spirit crossing), but also your teammates. More than two people can spirit cross at a time, meaning that all of your team can spirit cross at once but this is not recommended seeing as how it only gives you five every three seconds. In conclusion, this is a very effective strategy for late game or when you can't find any spirit flames, but it isn't recommended for early game as you can find more spirit flames outside your base.
