The Buddy Bonus is a mechanic in The Great Ghoul Duel which incentivises teamwork.
If one player gets close enough to their teammate's spirit path, they will both receive 5 Spirits. If they want to get another buddy bonus, they need to wait for 3 seconds before doing so.
Trivia
- More advanced players can spirit-cross each other to constantly gain spirits easily and safely.
